  • Agniveers receive a monthly salary that increases every year. They also get risk allowance, travel allowance, and other benefits during service.
  • After completing four years, they receive a Seva Nidhi package, which is a lump sum amount to help them start a new career or business.
  • After the four-year service, around 25% of Agniveers may be selected for permanent service based on performance, discipline, and merit.
