Becoming an Agniveer is not just about studying books or running fast—it’s about discipline, consistency, and mindset. In this blog, I’ll share a simple and realistic daily routine that any Agniveer aspirant can follow, even if you’re starting from zero.
This routine focuses on:
Physical fitness
Written exam preparation
Mental strength
Healthy lifestyle
Morning Routine (4:45 AM – 8:00 AM)
4:45 AM – Wake Up
Wake up early (army life starts early)
Drink 1–2 glasses of warm water
Avoid checking mobile first thing in the morning
Early rising builds discipline and mental strength.
5:00 AM – Physical Training
Running (Daily)
Beginners: 1.5–2 km
Intermediate: 3–4 km
Target: Improve timing slowly (don’t rush)
Exercises (30–40 minutes)
Push-ups: 20–40
Sit-ups: 30–50
Squats: 40–60
Plank: 30–60 seconds
Focus on form, not speed.
6:30 AM – Stretching & Breathing
Full body stretching
5–10 minutes of deep breathing or meditation
This helps in:
Faster recovery
Better lung capacity
Injury prevention
7:00 AM – Freshen Up & Breakfast
Healthy Breakfast Ideas:
2 boiled eggs / sprouts
Milk or curd

Study Session 1 (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
